The panel groove pattern hasn’t changed (this is how panels stack and interlock — if the manufacturer updated the design, old and new panels won’t fit together)
Only one or two panels are damaged

We come back and install. Installation takes 1-3 hours, depending on which panel is damaged. Top panels are the easiest — the door comes apart from the top down. The bottom and intermediate panels require more labor because we have to disassemble more of the door to reach them.
We test the door. After installation,n we run the door through its full cycle, check the balance, and make sure everything tracks properly.
